TRUNK OR TREAT IS COMING TO RAY CITY!

Join us for an awesome night of fun, fellowship, and community! Here are a few things we are asking of each entry into the Trunk or Treat:

1) All cars need to be in place by 5:45 PM at the latest! The event starts at 7:00, and at 6:30, the staging area for all cars will be closed as we prepare for foot traffic. Please come early enough to have all elements of your theme in place and ready to go by start time. You will be assigned a space to park when you arrive. 

2) Please keep all themes mild. No dark, demonic, gory, or scary themes! This includes witches, ghouls, horror movie themes, bloody or violent themes, etc. If you are unsure if a theme is allowed, please email the church for clarification: office@myazaleacity.com

3) Please be prepared to provide your own candy to give out at your car. The church is collecting as much candy as possible to disperse to those who enter cars, but please prepare as though you will receive no assistance, as we cannot be certain how much candy will be amassed. We plan to give 5 pieces of candy per child at each car they visit.

4) Feel free to add an interactive element to your theme! Accent it with lights, music, a game, or other interactive element of your choice. Please note that we will not have any power supplies available to tap into, so powering any elements you choose to incorporate will be your responsibility. We will not allow extension cords to be ran from the building to cars, as they pose a trip hazard to people visiting vehicles, so please plan your theme accordingly.
